The Havoline Loyalty Rewards Rebate begins September 1 and runs through October 31, 2022. This 60-day consumer offer features the new Havoline PRO-RS Renewable Full Synthetic line with a healthy $15 rebate. By focusing only on Havoline full synthetics and Techron, one goal of this promotion was simplification – to make it easier for greeters to explain, for consumers to understand, and therefore improve upselling to full synthetics.

How it works?

  • Customers must purchase a qualifying service at the installer’s location.
  • Installer will staple the rebate coupon to the top of their customer’s service receipt and inform them to fill their rebate claim online.
  • The customer will receive a negotiable check by mail 4-6 weeks after their valid claim is processed. This check is made payable to the installer’s location – driving them back to their location!
  • The customer returns to their service location to use the check towards the purchase of another Havoline oil change service within 180 days of the check issue date.
  • The installer will accept check as partial payment of the service and will deposit the check.
  • Consumer claim deadline: November 15, 2022.

IMPORTANT: Mailed claims are not allowed, and installers are prohibited from filing online claims on behalf of the customer.

The top 5 sites in consumer claims will receive Havoline hats for their employees. The owner of the #1 site in consumer claims will receive a Chevron pop-up tent, a $650 value. Please read the Havoline Loyalty Rewards Rebate flyer for details.

Chevron will provide free digital promotional materials for off-site local advertising (which helps acquire new customers). Without off-site advertising, the offer only rewards customer retention. As a reminder, the Havoline Installer Co-op Advertising Program exists to encourage local site advertising by helping to offset some of the cost with 2022 co-op funds, for applicable customers.
