With this program, we are the first supplier in the Central Valley that can deliver certified, cleaner lubricants that make your equipment last longer with less maintenance. As part of the Chevron ISOCLEAN program, we are making several major changes to enable us to serve you better:
ISOCLEAN Filtering Machine. The ISOCLEAN filtering machine allows our team to remove particulates and set our products to your required ISO cleanliness code, which generally corresponds with OEM recommendations. Chevron has done extensive testing and specially formulated their products to allow particulate filtering with our machine without losing valuable additives.
New Totes. Our new storage totes are sturdier, easier to clean, and specifically designed to keep particulates out of the lubricant. In addition, they’ll now be equipped with desiccant filters so we can make deliveries without risking oil contamination.
Desiccant Breathers. All of our lubricant tanks are being upgraded with desiccant breathers in order to improve our lubricant handling. Differential pressure changes cause all tanks to “breathe”, but with desiccant filters at work, the degree of oil contamination drops to near zero.
Training for your employees. As part of the program, we will assess your procedures and provide recommendations to ensure proper lubricant handling from tank, to service truck, to equipment. We help your organization become more efficient which helps your bottom line.
